The execution of our services is based on the following patterns:

- TechSourcing – outsourcing of technology operations. This is where we play the role of the customer’s technology department managing all technology aspects of their business as contracted.

- BizSourcing – outsourcing of services to bridge gap in and/or enhance current customer’s service offering. This is where we provide most of our Corporate Back-up Service Solutions creating a flawless overall line of service from our customers’ services/products to their clients; thus a closed loop process.

- NetSourcing – outsourcing of technology operations with strategic partners. We team up with our strategic partners to deliver end-to-end business solutions to our clients – delivering new and complex technologies, processes and other service offerings way faster than we or any other company could do alone.

The advantage of using the above patterns is that our clients will not have to worry about the technology aspects of their business or service gap resulting from non-supported line of services (in other words, in-between service that could have made the overall service offering complete – going from core line of service to full customer satisfaction), thus an increase in productivity and great focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Manpower placement, benefit plan, and people development need (IT training, seminars, etc) will be automatically covered by the services provided by Alkatek. In some cases, an on-site project manager will be established to ensure that the services level and quality are delivered on or beyond expectation.
